Does CKS accept walk-ins?

We are appointment only for tattoo services. Please schedule an appointment or consultation.

How do I book?

If you’d like to book: Some artists may already have a busy schedule. It is best to use our Online Form. You will be required to send a deposit to secure your booking. Further details on this will be provided by the artist.

Do you require a Deposit?

Your deposit will vary depending on the estimated final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are necessary as cancelations can result in a lot of wasted time. It also helps spread the cost of your final tattoo. Bookings with deposits can be moved, but we require 48 hours notice, otherwise your deposit will be lost. This includes being late for your appointment.

Is there a minimum charge?

The shop minimum is $125. This covers the artist, administrative, supplies, and medical waste costs.

Do you currently have a wait list?

The booking processes vary from artist to artist. Only a couple of artists operate on a waiting list system, others we can book you in straight away. Please contact us in regards to specific artists.

Do you offer consultations?

Most consultations will be done on the day of your tattoo. This allows the artist to fully understand your needs and requests for the session and direct drawing time with you in the studio. However, some artists do work on a ‘consultation first’ system, and others allow time for consultations for large scale pieces.

What if I need to reschedule?

lease be aware that residents and guests are subject to operate varying rescheduling policies, and the one below operates as a guideline. It is wise to contact the artist directly and confirm their t’s and c’s on rescheduling appointments.

If you would like to cancel or reschedule once the deposit has been paid, the deposit cannot be refunded, but it can be kept for a new date, provided that you give at least a 48 hours notice and the new date is set immediately. Only one change of date is possible. The deposit is automatically lost if the second date does not work either. If we are notified less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment.

Does CKS use vegan ink?

How should I take care of my new tattoo.

Can I get a quote on a tattoo?

Yes, however we do not give quotes over the phone or over email. Because of quarantine, we are doing virtual consultations via FaceTime or phone conversation so we can give you a rough estimate.

Can I bring a friend?

Due to restrictions with quarantine we are requiring guests to come alone. Please do not bring a friend, your child, or pet to the shop to keep all artists and shop patrons safe during the Covid-19 crisis.
